In order to make a reservation, Signature Vacation Homes requires a 50% down payment upon booking to reserve the property. Your deposit will hold the dates you have chosen for that particular property. The balance on all rentals is due 30 days prior to check in. If the reservation is made within 30 days, the total rent is due immediately to confirm the reservation.
A security deposit is required on all rentals. It is due along with the payment upon booking the property. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property while the guest is occupying the home.
Guest may cancel a reservation no later than 30 days prior to their check-in date, in which case the guest shall receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $250.00 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees that have incurred. If guest cancels within 30 days of their reservation, all deposits paid to date are non-refundable.

Signature Vacation Homes provides personal check-in service for each and every guest. Our check-in manager will coordinate your arrival and meet you at the house to give you the keys, familiarize you with the home, and answer any questions you may have.
